Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions visited Jiangsu Chaoli to conduct visits and research activities

Recently, Gao Libo, Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a research team led by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to visit Jiangsu Chaoli Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct visits and research activities. Xuzhou Federation of Trade Unions Gao Bo, Jiawang District Federation of Trade Unions Jin Hongbo and other leaders accompanied the investigation.

Jiangsu Chaoli founder Wu Jianhua, national model worker, general manager Wang Aijun, labor union chairman Yan Dezhong and other Chaoli leaders received the research group. Gao Libo and his research team were divided into two groups to conduct research on Chaoli. One group conducted visits and discussions, and the other group conducted a questionnaire survey on Chaoli employees. During the discussion, Chairman Gao had a detailed introduction to Chaoli's business operations, employees' thoughts, trade union construction, rights protection, and production safety.Members of the research team of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions discussed and exchanged views with relevant personnel of the Chaoli Trade Union on conflicting topics such as the basic situation of labor relations and the main risks and hazards in the labor field.

The research team fully affirmed the Jiangsu Chaoli Model Worker Innovation Studio and its work in maintaining political security in the labor field. He also pointed out that political security in the labor field is related to enterprise production, but also to the overall stability of the workforce and society, and trade unions must continue to provide ideological guidance.
